Experience
Timothy Lindstrom is a nationally recognized specialist in conservation easement law with over thirty years of experience. Tim has written and lectured extensively on the topic, and has personally donated conservation easements on three family properties. He helped to initiate the Virginia Land Preservation Tax Credit, which has protected hundreds of thousands of acres of Virginia land since 1999. He also helped to draft and lead the national effort to enact the federal Farm and Ranch Protection Act [section 2031(c)) of the Internal Revenue Code] which has helped protect family farms and ranches throughout the United States.
